Dick Pond Carol Stream - Starting May 2026
Join us for weekly workouts at Benjamin Middle School.
Meet at the track at 6:30pm.
Dick Pond Lisle -
Join us at the store for weekly Fall/Winter maintenance runs. The runs are INFORMAL and based upon weekly participation.
Choices may consist of Fartleks, Hill repeats, Tempo runs, Easy runs, or modified Intervals.

Join us for weekly workouts (weather permitting) at Bunker Hill Forest Preserve - Niles @ 6:00pm Map It!
The first weeks are social runs (easy 4-6miles) then we get serious.
Dick Pond St. Charles - Starting March 2026
Join us for weekly workouts at Thompson Middle School - Map It.
Meet at the store @ 6:15pm and warm up to the track.
