Mondays - 6:30pm    Fun Run 
Join the weekly Fun Run. The group runs approx 40-45 minutes for around 3 - 6 miles depending on the group.  Runners of all level are welcome.

Tuesdays - 6:30pm   Track Workouts - Starting May 2025
Join us for In Season track workouts at Benjamin Middle School.
Meet at the track at 6:30pm. Bring a watch, water bottle, and $1 for non members.

Wednesdays - 6:30pm    Fun Run
Join the weekly Fun Run. The group runs approx 40-45 minutes for around 3 - 6 miles depending on the group.  Runners of all level are welcome.

Saturdays - 8:00am    Fun Run "Saturday"
Join the Saturday morning runs at 8:00 am rain, snow, sleet or shine for a Fun Run!  Runs are anywhere from 3-12 miles or more depending on the group.  Anything goes, everyone can run the distance they want to run.
