Dick Pond Carol Stream - Starting May 21st
Join us for weekly workouts at Benjamin Middle School.
Meet at the track at 6:30pm.
Dick Pond Lisle - Starting March 19th
Join us for weekly, more structured workouts. We will transition to the track in late May/early June.
Meet at Dick Pond Lisle @ 6:00pm

Dick Pond Park Ridge - Starting March 21st
Join us for weekly workouts (weather permitting) at Bunker Hill Forest Preserve - Niles @ 6:00pm Map It!
The first weeks are social runs (easy 4-6miles) then we get serious.
Dick Pond St. Charles - Starting March 28th
Join us for weekly workouts at Thompson Middle School - Map It.
Meet at the store @ 6:15pm and warm up to the track.
